Add No Confidence Bill 〰️Say No to Senator Hijackings*
Several years ago, I remember being extremely psychologically and spiritually disturbed while in attendance at an Upstate South Carolina church, where Senator Lindsey Graham was the guest speaker. I recall asking myself a couple of questions such as; what am I doing here, and why would such a large minority diverse congregation, permit a Politician that has a history of being racially divisive to speak to its people?
After all, Senator Graham was the guest speaker on a Sunday afternoon service maybe a little over a decade ago, however, I clearly understood exactly what his agenda was around this period of time. It is worth mentioning that this was the beginning of a noticeable change in American history, during the Barack Obama Presidency and much earlier before the four-year term of Donald Trump was experienced.
Years after his speech, I often wondered how does a man who has openly stood to divide America based on outdated beliefs, ends up in front of a crowd of a few thousand, petitioning the churchgoers on how his conservative values will create a much better state of South Carolina.
Over the past decade, I have dreadfully regretted the experience of hearing the conflicting words of Lindsey Graham, especially after witnessing the deep division that has been proudly pioneered by the South Carolina Senator. The very childish behavior displayed by politicians from the state of South Carolina at times has been embarrassing. How does a Senator ignore the unaddressed issues within his own state, while unconstitutionally standing in the way of progress for the American people?
These unethical actions have been displayed by the Senator in having a predetermined mindset when questioning Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, during the Supreme Court Nomination Hearings, yet Judge Jackson is expected to sit there while taking verbal abuse and not expected to say anything about it.
Senator Graham is unafraid to let apparent racist lingo fly by repeating threatening warnings such as, “if I had my way, you wouldn’t be standing before the court today.” Insinuating an unfair narrative suggesting, that if the government or someone along the way presented African-Americans with an imaginary free pass; and if they weren’t here to save them, then you would be in trouble and at the mercy of the confederacy. This inhumane and extremely subtle lingo is used for the purpose of instilling fear into those who are familiar with racist rhetoric. This immoral method of communication is used to send open messages to the traditional victims of generational racial traumas while reminding them of the past tragedies inflicted upon the prey of racism. This is done by the use of strategic verbal word-play that deceptively comes across as harmless and unnoticeable to listeners who are many times unaware of the obvious threat being made. Usage of Unethical public verbal terms and statements are telling and very revealing to an outdated agenda.
After all, Senator Graham is a prime example of elected leadership in South Carolina who refuses to move forward without a citizen’s race being the determining factor of whether or not an appreciable opportunity is granted. Below is a feature from the Washington Post where the author presents evidence of the overall ineffectiveness of metal detectors in schools. It is very troubling that South Carolina has yet to produce any plan of action in response to a 12-year old Greenville, SC middle school student being killed while at school.
Regretfully, some South Carolina schools have been left in the dark regarding solutions that have already been explored throughout school districts nationwide, but because body scanners and metal detectors have not been utilized much in South Carolina schools, the students, staff, and visitors are left helpless with placing a band-aid on a wound that requires extensive care.
The unwillingness of South Carolina leadership to be inclusive to all citizens and to move forward in a different direction from its hurtful past has created a school system that is facing numerous challenges today. The immoral idea of standing in the way of minority achievement has been passed down in South Carolina and this immature conduct has infectiously spread throughout the state, as it is fully embraced by those who have nothing valuable to offer to the nation, other than serving their immoral purposes of holding the Democracy hostage on the premises of preserving a Confederate heritage that was only empowered due to the free forced labor of slavery. This unconstitutional practice of purposely “Standing in the Way” of the advancements of minorities (predominantly African-Americans) has been unethically used by a majority of Jim Crow Politicians representing areas of the South. I have discovered that this disgraceful adolescent behavior is the primary reason that many citizens in South Carolina and other Southern states find it so difficult to co-exist, despite deriving from different but similar backgrounds and having differences of opinions on issues such as race, equality, and opportunity in the Jim Crow states of the South.
Disturbingly, traditional leadership in these areas has publicly displayed an inhumane philosophy of dictating to the world through examples of disrespect, discrimination, and other acts of disingenuous and immoral treatment of African-Americans. Some of the leaders of this nation have gotten away with unimaginable ill-treatment of their African-American colleagues, in ways that would suggest to the world that their unprovoked and meritless attacks on people of color are somehow The American Way. Almost as if you were tired of dealing with a race of people and every encounter with an African-American was way too many. When one enters each occasion with an African-American and before the proceedings begin, he already expresses an, “I’m tired of dealing with you people,” type expression on his face. Unfortunately, this unwarranted and radial demeanor is oftentimes displayed by judges, police officers, and local government officials in the state of South Carolina and shockingly has been accepted by many African-Americans without major objection. Most of these immoral tactics are also responsible for contaminating numerous Political minds at the state level in regions of the South on the basis of the majority being above the law and unable to be supervised. Up until now, the only options that many dissatisfied voters have had to make their voices heard in ways that creates change, is by way of elections. Many candidates have traditionally depended on displeased voters to be forgetful, and so distracted that the multitude of the failures of those elected along with their bad decisions that were made early in the candidate’s term, has been erased from your memory by the midway point his/her elected term.
Earlier on 4/5/22, I asked GOD to reveal to me the Identities of some of the people who have unconstitutionally conspired to block the progress of The Men Of Color Having Answers Foundation.

What modern-day leadership allows for its students statewide to continue statistically underachieving in fundamental categories where their public school educational performances are measured against other students throughout the nation, and the justified concerns of the people are left unaddressed?
How long can elected officials in South Carolina who were sworn to efficiently serve the citizens of the state continue to deny the life-saving solutions from an African-American citizen, despite the state being without answers for many of the most critical challenges facing its citizens?
What moral authority grants Senator Graham the privilège to verbally hound an African-American (Judge Jackson) woman when the state of South Carolina has an inexcusably horrific high number of Domestic Violence cases for an extended period of time.

The Citizens No-Confidence Bill.
The Citizens No-Confidence Bill would allow for a signed petition of 200,000 or more citizens (depending on the population of the state) to move forward to suspend some of the duties of elected officials once the elected official in question has exemplified unbecoming conduct, multiple controversial decisions, and engagement in activities that are detrimental to the sworn duties of a state. Once the required number of signatures has been successfully obtained, the signatures should then be documented and certified by the State Supreme Court and the elected official would then be subpoenaed to appear before the United States Supreme Court to answer to the charge of the People. The United States Supreme Court would then decide what restrictions would be viable considering the damages to the state that were caused by the elected officials actions.
Please add support to the Innovative missions of The Men Of Color Having Answers Foundation (M.O.C.H.A.), as our efforts of Positive Change have been NEGATIVELY affected and discriminated against by multiple parties in the state of South Carolina. These immoral acts against The M.O.C.H.A. Foundation have left our organization Financially challenged as the aspirations of a system of Hate intends on silencing our MISSIONS truths.
