THE GEORGE FLOYD LAW

The M.O.C.H.A. Foundations primary mission is finding Peaceful and Effective Solutions for existing social Injustices that impact People of Color. We have all been affected by the recent murder of George Floyd, at the hands of now ex-Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin. Unfortunately, there are many Black Americans that have been killed while being Black. We need an immediate solution to this ongoing issue and This New Law would be called, The George Floyd Law. It is when an officer of the law attempts or takes the life of an unarmed Black Person without regard or respect for his/her life. We want to make sure that this becomes a bill that is pushed forward so that we can have statues set for cops who are convicted of this horrible crime. The M.O.C.H.A. Foundation believes that this crime is punishable of at least a 15 year minimum (to start). We need Cops held just as Accountable for their crimes as the people who they arrest. We have to make them think before pulling their gun and taking the life of an innocent Person of Color. I think that we all can agree that the murder of George Floyd at the hands of the MPD has changed America Forever! Maybe if Politicians made a promise to America that this bill will be passed, then Americans would potentially end their protest! The Men of Color Having Answers Foundation would like to submit our Peaceful but very Effective Solution as a form of Resolution to the Riots which resulted from another unarmed innocent Black Man being murdered by the police. May George Flyod Rest In Peace and We Never Forget His name!
