WHAT SOUNDS GOOD👂🏾 “AIN’T” Always UNDERSTOOD!🤔
Amid so many highlighted race-related tragedies in the United States over the past year and a half, unfortunately, Black Americans still find themselves stranded in a familiar and very uncomfortable position, as the hunted race of people.
After decades of being immobile in the battle for Civil Rights, Black people must begin to examine the amount of responsibility that is owed to our currently constructed methods of approach of resolve.
We must become thinkers again, which will generate immediate solutions or ideas of progressive change which aid our efforts to End Generational Obstacles Faced by Black people in America.
The truth is, many of our ideas for change are outdated and they now require truthful, Innovative, and visionary minds in order to be able to create a progressive path to prosperity for Black Americans.
It is not wise for Black people to continue to rely on a system that is responsible for the construction of an evil manipulative master-plan, one that has also greatly contributed to the destruction of the Black Man; to suddenly come along and offer Black people an effective remedy.
There are only two ways that this system will ever extend true remedy to Black Americans.
When America feels as though the Government has no other options available, as a last resort
When Americans begin to understand the priceless value of our Black Ancestors and how they greatly contributed to the majority of the growth of the nation. * Black Americans must over stand this, before any other group of people can respect it.
Most importantly, Black people must also take ownership of the mistakes that we continue to contributing to within our own communities that has aided in the destruction our own people.
EDUCATION has always been the key to our success, yet those who are responsible for teaching and guiding our Black youth have neglected to effectively inspire and motivate the youth in ways that create meaningful change around their respected environments.
Our failure to inspire our youth is inexcusable, considering the limitless knowledge that we are now able to easily access.
It is necessary that we continue to create our own teachers, leaders, and scholars within our own families and communities.
In achieving success by creating opportunities for others, we are not only showing strength and independence to our youth, but we are also displaying true leadership. These values are truly priceless.
Understand, long before most children are ever introduced to or begin to learn their first teacher’s name, family and community are our youths’ initial educators and instructors.
On the other hand, by the time our youth have reached 5 years old, many outside influences have had an opportunity to affect their outlooks and early projections on life.
In most cases, the same citizens who rely on a system which is already responsible for omitting colossal truths to them; depend on the same system to properly educate their kids.
Critical facts that are worthy of inspiring our youth, and without them our kids desperately search for an identity.
This thought alone sounds insane to me; however, it is the reality of a bad situation that will only worsen if we do not act now!
It also sounds awfully disturbing when we think about the multitude of misinformation and false teachings in which some of our community leaders, respected family members, and lifetime friends are responsible for passing on to our younger generations.
We can only overcome this overlooked dilemma by each of us taking responsibility for our personal duties to our communities by relearning, reteaching, and discovering new methods of perfecting our outreach to society.
We are all fully capable of achieving these goals. Our youth will then triumphantly respond by recognizing their greatness beyond the small view of which the scope of success currently is aimed. It will have an immediate impact, which furthers our ADVANCEMENT.
HOW CAN WE RETEACH OUR YOUTH IN OUR COMMUNITIES?
I firmly believe that Empowerment begins with education, yet our mentalities play a tremendous role and can not be ignored.
If we are irresponsibly instructing our youth to stay out of events that are happening around them, unless these activities personally affect or include Black people, is completely reckless.
This reactive mentality has caused black citizens to become involved after tragedies or unfavorable rulings, judgments, and laws have already been decided.
Because we have irresponsibly sent the wrong message to Black citizens, we have unconsciously given all power to traditional leadership and unfair policies without even having a voice in the questionable decisions that are being made.
It doesn’t benefit any of us to intentionally “stay out of the way,” of an unfair system because in doing so, we leave our children and generations to follow, as the unfair targets of an American society. A system with a primary goal of profiting at all costs. We then leave our future generations vulnerable to a battle in which we were first able to be victorious.
This is also why many powerful catch-phrases such as “Buying Back the Block” sound good, but when we explore this concept with much deeper thought, it makes very little sense.
What good is buying back a piece of land that was already stolen from your ancestors, when it only extends the financial life of those who are already guilty of taking from you?
A free man taking back monies to those who obtained wealth through enslaving his ancestors is equivalent to empowering and refueling the descendants of slaveholders after over a century and a half since the Emancipation was signed.
There have been various pieces of information, truth, and other forms of proof of BLACK Greatness that have been around for some time now, yet it is our individual duties to begin to Inspire and Motivate Black citizens in new ways that are able to maximize our most powerful assets. Let's Effectively use this information EFFECTIVELY.
