The Men of Color Having Answers Foundation’s mission of change was initially created as a result of police brutality in the early days of January 2020. As a victim, our founder, Andrew Peppers refused to continue to allow a system of hate to dictate and destroy the futures of other Black citizens who were just like him, without searching for effective solutions to end those terrible obstructions. Only a few days after becoming a victim of police brutality, Andrew had a life-changing experience that was introduced to him through a very authoritative declaration that was delivered with one single instruction. As a result of the instruction that was given, it was vital that Andrew become an innovative THINKER in order to advance beyond some of the greatest obstacles facing Black people in America.

As the story is told, there were several bold affirmations that were revealed to Andrew but none more interpreted than the visionary instruction of thinking to resolve. Shortly after receiving this divine prophecy, Andrew became deeply obsessed with answering some of life’s most challenging issues facing Black Americans, while also becoming deeply devoted to the study of the history of his own ancestors.

The positive discovery of Andrew’s ancestry connections (ones that many Americans were uninformed of) propelled Andrew to conquer new grounds, while also inspiring innovative and effective solutions that are necessary to change the society that we live in.

These unknown discoveries had also been responsible for Andrew being able to identify early royalty within his family’s history.

It was also through the discovery of the enormous amount of very powerful and concealed knowledge that inspired Andrew to establish The Men Of Color Having Answers Foundation (M.O.C.H.A), a South Carolina nonprofit organization.

This very powerful organization of effective change was formed using a formula of achievement that is centered around, THINKING to Resolve In order for Black People to evolve.

Andrews’ philosophy is reflective of the priceless efforts of nationwide activism, yet he also believes that many of the current Civil Rights messages only display generations of purposely inflicted pains, while neglecting to offer effective methods of resolution.

The M.O.C.H.A. Foundation began its first mission of change in the early days of May 2020 with 50-75 attendees, where M.O.C.H.A. registered first-time voters and delivered a message of Motivation.

In late September 2020, The Men Of Color Having Answers Foundation (M.O.C.H.A.) writes a proposal to the Clemson City Council in Clemson, South Carolina, making a recommendation to name an unnamed Pedestrian bridge after a formerly enslaved African American woman who Clemson University has promoted as one of the very first enslaved at the former Vice President of the United States of America, John C. Calhoun’s Fort Hill Plantation. Despite the Clemson City council unanimously passing the Legree Resolution in October 2020, Clemson University, the city of Clemson government, and others throughout local and state government in South Carolina have conspired to blackball the achievements of The Men Of Color having Answers Foundation.

Despite the intentional conspiracy efforts to silence The Men Of Color Having Answers Foundation, our organization happens to be one of the only groups in the nation, whose written proposal offered America an Innovative opportunity to add to history without a battle for the removal of a monument or a public structure from its original location. The M.O.C.H.A. Foundation may be the only organization in America, to create a written recommendation to a city government that proved to be so prudent that our proposal inspired an entire city government to collectively acknowledge the inhumane horrors of slavery within their written Resolution (response).

The LEGREE RESOLUTION, unanimously agreed upon & passed by the city of Clemson Government.

Since the incorporation of The Men Color Having Answers Foundation in May 2020, the true identity of The M.O.C.H.A. Foundation has been in the discovery and the introduction of Innovative ideas and effective plans of action with the purpose of Ending “ALL” Generational Obstacles faced by Black People in America. One of The M.O.C.H.A. Foundation’s greatest contributions to our cause came with the founding of H.O.M.E. or The HOUSE OF MOTIVATION, ENCOURAGEMENT & EDUCATION. The Men Of Color Having Answers firmly believes that the services of H.O.M.E. are able to heal Black America using knowledge, Newfound Education, Motivation, and Encouragement to Black People. The services of H.O.M.E. are needed Nationwide.

Much like 2020, the year 2021 was just as uncertain for The M.O.C.H.A. Foundation due to social complications and the addition of restrictions put in place to distance Americans. Our organization fought through the toughest times of COVID while continuing to discover effective solutions to end generational struggles faced by Black People. While experiencing several extensive battles within the first year and a half after founding The Men Of Color Having Answers, Andrew Peppers wrote a phenomenal book recording, highlighting, and documenting his experiences in the Deep South; while offering dozens of solutions in the process.

The Men Of Color Having Answers Foundation (M.O.C.H.A.) eagerly looks forward to expanding our Organization nationwide, so that we are able to generate immediate change for Black people in America using our innovative minds to overcome generational hurdles, while also effectively raising awareness of the issues that have traditionally halted our progress.
