Over the past year and a half, I have persistently strived to raise much-needed awareness to some of America's greatest issues facing Black Americans; while also providing effective solutions to the many of the most challenging generational obstacles that continue to plague communities of poverty.

Woefully, in the state of South Carolina, many of these forgotten neighborhoods of hardships and misfortune are largely inhabited by African-Americans. Dreadfully, by the time the mass majority of African-American citizens in South Carolina have reached 25 years old, they are financially struggling while facing a similar and uncomfortable uphill battle as their parents once encountered. Many times, just like their peers, many Black South Carolinians are desperately searching for a resourceful route that affords them a stable and less oppressive life outside of the Palmetto State.

Despite the very rich unknown Black history of the state and the ongoing annual celebrations that focus on the extraordinary achievements of African-Americans, Black People, Indigenous peoples, Natives of America, and all others currently being recognized during the month of February; there is still an enormous amount of effective works to be done. There is still an overhaul of repetitive sharing of less-inspiring Black history that has been accepted and promoted which traditionally has proven to be uninspiring to a region of people that have been inundated with very few carefully selected stories, consisting mainly of mediocre Black recognition. The generational struggles of African Americans are openly recognized, while the deaths of the innocent who once stood for truth are marked with recognition as if the murders of Black People should be a proud moment. This is greatly disappointing, considering so much more inspiring Black History has already been accomplished, and with its acknowledgments, the accomplishments are able to change the world. It is the undiscovered stories of triumph that are capable of breathing life into a history that is unaware that it is slowly being hanged in the South.

An inspiring truth that has been left out and therefore potentially 95% or more of Americans are unaware of Harriet Tubman’s Greatest Triumph at the Combahee River, in which she mastered a plan that was responsible for freeing over 700 slaves of the Confederacy in South Carolina, during the Civil War. Many are uninformed that Fannie Lou Hamer was an unknown sharecropper turned political activist from the state of Mississippi who unexplainably rose from the cotton fields of oppression to successfully register thousands of voters for the Democratic Party. Mrs. Hamer also amazingly co-founded the Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party (MFDP), which shockingly challenged the local Democratic Party’s efforts to block Black Participation.

More importantly, Mrs. Hamer effectively raised awareness of the unseen immoral and inhumane treatment of Black People through countless testimonies, interviews, and speeches in which she passionately offered to America.

Fannie Lou Hamer was an American Hero and primarily responsible for exposing the outreached hidden hand of slavery for the purpose of restoring the ravaged lives of African Americans in Mississippi. In most cases, by the 1960s, many African Americans helplessly felt as their only viable option available was through compromise with the very same people who had once enslaved their ancestors. Sadly, the only deal that seemed worth entertaining for many (considering their individual financial situations) was a deceptive deal with the devil. For they understood that any other option in the state of Mississippi would more than likely be denied and would ultimately lead them back into slavery. The extremely oppressive realities of being mentally bound and economically deprived, despite being told that they had freedom were everyday hardships faced by African Americans in Mississippi in the 1960s.

“Perhaps the single most unheralded triumph in American Civil Rights history was victoriously achieved way back in 1854 by the First Courageous Woman of America, Elizabeth Jennings Graham. This Incredible tale of the First American “Civil Rights Icon” occurred well over 100 years before the historical acts of the renowned Civil Rights Movement of America in the 1960s and slightly less than a decade before the Confederacy fired the first shots of the American Civil War.”

Perhaps the single most unheralded triumph in American Civil Rights history was victoriously achieved way back in 1854 by the First Courageous Woman of America, Elizabeth Jennings Graham. This Incredible tale of the First American "Civil Rights Icon" occurred well over 100 years before the historical acts of the renowned Civil Rights Movement of America in the 1960s and slightly less than a decade before the Confederacy fired the first shots of the American Civil War.

Elizabeth Jennings Grahams’ inspirational story is one that is saturated with astronomical achievements that were only made possible, due to her mind-blowing intelligence that was instilled by a family of conquerors. Learning at an early age, to successfully understand how to address some of her greatest frustrations by responding through the most efficient methods, almost instantly afforded Elizabeth Jennings the opportunity to accelerate the process of pursuing justice for her grievances in a timely and efficient manner. By studying how Mrs. Jennings Graham aggressively and effectively addressed her Civil Rights obstructions, Black Americans can successfully abolish the conspired unwritten by-law that has frequently been used by the descendants of slaveholders to avoid official accountability. A large number of unjust tactics and manipulative practices have been subtly used to intentionally delay and prolong official accountability since the ending of the Civil War.

Despite the many oppressive obstacles that lay along the pathway to promise for Elizabeth Jennings Graham, somehow she heroically persevered by being blessed with the representation of an understanding white American in the mid-1800s. However, this wasn’t just any white man representing an outspoken black woman from New York City, named Elisabeth Jennings Graham. A young Chester A. Author would later become the 21st President of the United States of America.

“Thomas L. Jennings, the father of Elizabeth Jennings Graham, a prominent tailor in the 1820s, would later prosperously develop one of the very first forms of dry cleanings called Dry Scouring. Mr. Thomas, an American trailblazer, was then awarded the first patent known to be recognized by the works of an African American. Remarkably, Mr. Thomas would later use the monies earned from the patented process to purchase the freedom of his wife Elizabeth, who was born enslaved in Delaware in 1798.”

Despite the future unmatched achievements of President Chester A. Author, the Jennings Graham family had refused to be excluded from American history, as they had already triumphantly made their mark in United States history books.

Thomas L. Thomas would later use the monies earned from the patented process to purchase the freedom of his wife Elizabeth, who was born enslaved in Delaware in 1798.

Two of the greatest concerns or questions that all Black Americans should ask themselves is, how have we allowed the many inspirational stories of triumph that are capable of resurrecting Black lives to escape the pages of our children’s textbooks and why? I discovered that much of the omitted information from South Carolina’s history books are accounts of history-changing achievements that have been purposely withheld from Black youth with the intention of concealing the heroic acts of African Americans. Dozens of the stories that are missing display courageous accounts that are able to motivate those who have been misinformed regarding their true identities. Ironically, there is so much more truth being shared through social networking and online postings; while the majority of the misinformation remains in our children’s textbooks and no one is doing anything meaningful to create changes.

“Why are the profits from our Black churches not being effectively utilized to educate our youth to a modern-day truth? History in which Black youth have endless handheld tools which allow them to search through and discover hidden documentation and priceless gems that highlight the greatness of Black people. We are already in possession of the needed mobile textbooks that our ancestors never was afforded a chance to discover.”
— Andrew Peppers

Truthfully, most Americans feel unthreatened with the plethora of concealed true stories that have resurfaced over the past few years in relevance to the additions of African Americans to American history. However, there are quite a few people who have publicly displayed sensitive feelings regarding the teachings of Critical Race Theory. Interestingly, many of the people who are upset, are mainly citizens representing states that have the most to lose politically, financially, and psychologically with the revelations of the truth being exposed.

“Why have our Black churches left the primary responsibilities of educating and transitioning Americas’ Black youth; into the hands of the state schools systems, which are already responsible for concealing some of the most extraordinary stories of triumph, perseverance, and prosperity regarding African Americans? ”
— Andrew Peppers

In the Southern United States, the Black Churches are undoubtedly receiving the most funding collectively in most neighborhoods of poverty. The churches also have a positive relationship with the local government for the most part; so why aren’t our Black Churches being equally funded or the communities they serve, receiving the multi-million dollar investments that are joyfully reported on almost nightly in America, on the evening news?

“Why hasn’t Black Churches devoted an extra day of service each week or an earlier start time so that they can educate African Americans on the abundance of inspirational Black History? ”

Why are the profits from our Black churches not being effectively utilized to educate our youth to a modern-day truth? History in which Black youth have endless handheld tools which allow them to search through and discover hidden documentation and priceless gems that highlight the greatness of Black people.

Why have our Black churches left the primary responsibilities of educating and transitioning Americas' Black youth; into the hands of the state schools systems, which are already responsible for concealing some of the most extraordinary stories of triumph, perseverance, and prosperity regarding African Americans; while also dictating an immoral message of White Supremacism to the students of the state of South Carolina. The original objective of educating our children has been made secondary in South Carolina. Meanwhile, the primary focal points of the intended targets of White privilege, Confederate conservatism, and Racial divide have all successfully been accomplished. Consequently, in spite of the smiling African American faces that have been used in South Carolina as of lately to distract, the ratings accurately confirm the National standings of the state of South Carolina schools.

A school system that has traditionally failed to provide quality education to all, while denying MEANINGFUL ideas of advancement, by eliminating Selected African Americans who have been deemed capable of creating impactful addictions to society.

Why hasn't Black Churches devoted an extra day of service each week or an earlier start time so that they can educate African Americans on the abundance of inspirational Black History? If we are successfully able to gain a collective commitment from Black Churches to began educating and teaching Critical Race Theory, then our battles inside of the classrooms for the truth wouldn’t be so strenuous. The battle against the truth isn’t really about white children possibly experiencing offensive behaviors of guilt to situations of early American slavery in which they have no ownership, however, the deceptive intentions of those who fight against the truth are to ensure that Black youth are consistently receiving a daily dose of manipulative teachings of servitude and inferiority. The constant teachings of White Supremacism have severely lowered African Americans’ goals, expectations, and have psychologically bound them with an oppressive projection of their individual futures. Which has eliminated African Americans from being a part of the “American Dream.”

How do so many treasured stories of triumph involving Black Americans that are instrumental to the story of America, able to remain AWOL from the studies of the students of America? I started out on a genuine mission to make effective changes on the state educational level to ensure that all students in South Carolina were able to benefit from the undiscovered knowledge that had been withheld for centuries. After discovering that I had unknowingly received more meaningful education through personal research and social media sharing than I previously received from all of my years in South Carolina Public Schools, I begin a pursuit to ensure that the students of South Carolina weren’t only being taught Black History, but they were also being taught the hidden history that was capable of inspiring and motivating the minds of African Americans. Black citizens, who have uncomfortably sat inside of South Carolina classrooms since desegregation, feeling degraded while desperately searching for an encouraging story of inspiration and motivation. My actions were genuine and absent of a political agenda, as they were taken without the attention of the media or the bright lights of the cameras.

My first step was to draft an email of my concerns along with an impactful solution that would rapidly repair the deep generational wounds of African Americans in South Carolina, with one of the primary goals being, effectively neutralizing the immense psychological damages that are embedded into the minds of Black youth before they have had an opportunity to experience areas outside of their immediate environment. I discovered that this was greatly due to South Carolina History books being void of influential Black achievement and riddled with misinformation relating to the true history of Black People. I contacted the South Carolina Department of Education almost one year ago with an exciting plan that offered a solid blueprint to an innovative idea that would educate the state’s students. I submitted several ideas that no one else had presented to the South Carolina Department of Education that seems to be Void of answers to the multitude of unaddressed issues that are currently rocking the state. I also provided Clemson University, the City of Clemson, and the Upstate of South Carolina with contributions that included honoring, remembering, and dedicating of African Americans History, when none of these people had Any Plans to honor African Americans of South Carolina.

Just like every other initiated action of change in the state of South Carolina, all I have to show for my efforts is unhonored signed documentation and promises, that have yet to be acted upon. Below are selected email confirmations from individuals at the highest level of education in the state of South Carolina; during my quest to add relevant Black History to the studies of students statewide. AGAIN NO ACTION.

Email Article from Dr. Anne M. Pressley

My actions were initiated out of the concern, that the students of South Carolina were inefficiently being educated. My goal of creating change in the South Carolina schools system was done in private and without the attention of media coverage and the cameras. Unfortunately, my results have proven to be the same, just as if I had unprofessionally acted for all the wrong reasons. It really doesn’t matter what your personal motive is, the agenda of hiding and withholding the truth remains constant in South Carolina.

In recent years, I’ve witnessed businessmen such as YE (Kanye), Ice Cube, Lil Wayne, and other influential Black Americans visit the White House while raising awareness of their individual concerns. I’ve also witnessed Democrats’ issue invites to the likes of people who have lived a very financially free life that is absent of oppression and therefore Americans outside of the underserved communities have no clue as to the tremendous psychological trauma experienced by the less fortunate occupants on a daily basis.

“My concerns, contributions, and claims have all been thoroughly expressed to every channel of leadership in the state of South Carolina, yet in each situation, South Carolina has discovered unconstitutional reasoning as to why the meaningful advancements of African Americans in the Palmetto State aren’t being acknowledged.”
— Andrew Peppers

Despite being forced to fight so many unnecessary battles of resistance against Racism, White Supremacism, and Hate in the state of South Carolina, the process created an American Legendary tale that was only made possible, due to the many hurdles of oppression that have been purposely laid in my pathway to freedom just as its been for many African American citizens in South Carolina who remain silent.

A remarkable unknown fact is; my history that has been concealed, stolen, and withheld by Clemson University, is much more Richer than any of the current government leadership positions in South Carolina. My judgment is due to a fraction of my family (ancestors) already being established on the soils of America long before the majority of European Immigrants ever arrived in North America. An unknown division of my family (ancestors) consists of descendants of the Cherokee Tribe, just as the majority of the Black Native Citizens of the Upstate of South Carolina unknowingly are.

After spending a lifetime of fighting a never-ending unjustified battle for truth, justice, and opportunity in the state of South Carolina, my many unpleasant experiences along with the failure of the state of South Carolina to move forward in a timely manner to honor agreed articles that educate, showcase, and display the achievements of African-Americans in relevance to the history of the state of South Carolina; leaves me with only one viable option to prevent from my battles from also becoming my children’s reality. I will adopt and effectively use the very same strategy as Elizabeth Jennings Graham (the First American Civil Rights Icon), triumphantly used back in 1854.

After witnessing and experiencing a lifetime of atrocious amounts of trauma, I must proceed with filing a Civil Rights LAWSUIT against the state of South Carolina, Clemson University, The Greenville County Detention Center, City of Clemson, SC, City of Greenville, SC, and other parties that are unnamed. I anxiously await while looking forward to proceeding to a fair trial, which will allow me to openly express the hidden evils of the state of South Carolina, in hopes that my truth is able to free many of the Black citizens from being bound by the harsh daily oppressions in South Carolina. The true story of South Carolina may not be factually promoted by the hidden agenda, yet the horrific history and nonresponsive actions which have followed tell a story that doesn’t require a narrator. A Jim Crow South that refuses to grant equality to all, while also failing to discover new methods of profit that are neglectful of intentionally obstructing the lives of Black people in South Carolina.

“We of the South have never recognized the right of the Negro to govern white men, and we never will. We have never believed him to be the equal to the white man, and we will not submit to his gratifying his lust on the wives and daughters without lynching him.”
— Ben Tillman (Unrecognized co-founder of Clemson)

This is the unspoken inhumane truth regarding the Upstate of South Carolina. Examine the statistics and ignore the fabricated stories that are promoted by the South Carolina media, which has been unidentifiable propaganda intended to distract from the real issues of its citizens.

By successfully raising much-needed awareness to the unaddressed issues facing Black Americans in South Carolina, a system of hate can no longer secretly hold hostage the dreams, futures, and opportunities of citizens who have proven that they are more than worthy of making valuable contributions to the world.

Please Review over 50 plus Effective Solutions from The Men Of Color Having Answers Foundation (M.O.C.H.A.), as there has been a conspired effort over the past year & 1/2, by the state of South Carolina to blackball relationships, block achievements, and reject effective solutions that are capable of creating much-needed change in South Carolina. The M.O.C.H.A. Foundation’s mission to end generational obstacles faced by Black People in America has been negatively impacted by the denial of our deserved opportunity within the state of South Carolina. As our financial capabilities and donations have been extremely limited, considering that the parties named in the Lawsuit either work, employ, or provide sponsorship to 98% of the area of concern.
